TickBD Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

If the customer notices any problem or defect with the product while it is still with the rider, they can request an immediate refund. In case any advance payment has been made, it will also be refunded. However, if the rider has already delivered the product and the customer later faces any issue, only the warranty service will be provided as per our service policy.

TickBD Warranty Policy

If any product develops a technical fault or manufacturing defect, TickBD will provide service under the warranty claim.

The warranty period is not the same for all products. Some items may come with a 6 to 12-month warranty, while others may not have a specific warranty period.
Each warranty claim is verified individually, and TickBD will make the final decision.

For the first warranty claim, the customer must bear the courier cost to send the product to TickBD.
If the warranty claim is valid, TickBD will cover both the service cost and the return courier charges.
If the claim is found invalid after inspection, the customer will be responsible for the service cost, return courier charges, and all related expenses.
For repeated services on the same product in the future, all service and delivery charges must be borne by the customer.

How to Claim TickBD Warranty

1️⃣ Contact Us First:
If you face any problem with the product, you must contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or Facebook Messenger.
You must provide the order number or the mobile number used during purchase.

2️⃣ We Will Verify the Warranty:
We will check whether the product is covered under warranty and if the warranty period is still valid.

3️⃣ Send the Product to TickBD Office:
For the first claim, the customer must bear the courier cost to send the product to us.
We will provide the necessary instructions for the shipping process.

4️⃣ Inspection and Service:
We will inspect the product, and if the issue is confirmed, we will repair it or replace the necessary parts.

5️⃣ Return of the Product:
If the first claim is valid, TickBD will cover the service cost and the return courier charges.
If the warranty is not applicable or future service is required, the customer will bear all service and delivery costs.

Warranty Will Not Apply in the Following Cases:

  • Water damage or short circuit
  • Opened or modified by unauthorized personnel
  • Incorrect or careless usage
  • Physical damage caused by dropping or impact
