At Tickbd, we follow a strict policy to ensure product quality and fair service for all customers.

No Return & No Refund Policy

  • All products sold by Tickbd are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
  • We do not offer refunds or returns for any change of mind or personal preference after delivery.

Exceptions (Service Warranty Only)

  • Selected products come with a 6 Months Service Warranty.
  • If any manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period, we will provide service support as per our warranty policy.
  • Warranty covers only repair or servicing, not product replacement or refund.

Important Notes

  • Customers are requested to check product details carefully before placing an order.
  • Once an order is confirmed and delivered, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or physical impact is not covered.
